All refund requests must be made in writing, either by email or letter.
If you call our reception team, they will provide you with our Refund Request Policy by email so you can submit your request in writing.

When submitting your refund request, please include:
Your full name
Your account number and sort code
The amount requested
The reason for your refund request
Once we receive your refund details, we will respond to confirm receipt within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
If you do not hear from us within this timeframe, please call us to ensure we have received your request.
For security purposes, a member of our team will then call you to confirm your details before processing the refund.
Refunds take 7–10 business days from the date we confirm your request
Once confirmed, your refund will be returned to your bank account within 7–10 business days.
