The Invisalign® aligner system straightens teeth using a series of nearly invisible, removable aligners that are custom-made specifically for your teeth. As you replace each aligner every few weeks, your teeth will move – little by little, week by week, gradually moving towards the projected final position.

In-practice consultation
The first step is to book an Invisalign® consultation so our team can take a 3D digital scan of your teeth. We’ll use this to create a 3D simulated prediction of how your teeth and face will look after completing the Invisalign® treatment. Predict your results
Your 3D prediction is usually ready to view within a few days of your consultation, and if you are happy with the result, we can send your case to begin manufacturing.
Check your progress
Once your aligners arrive you will need to come in to our Liverpool dental surgery every four to six weeks to check progress and get the next set of aligners.
Wear your aligners
Your Invisalign® aligners are virtually transparent and easy to take out, so you can eat and brush your teeth as normal. Don't forget, you'll need to wear your Invisalign® aligners for 22 hours a day to ensure your treatment stays on track.

Using advanced 3D computer-imaging technology, your Dr Rez dentist can plan your complete Invisalign® treatment based on your unique clinical conditions, from the initial position of your teeth to the final desired position.
Dentists and orthodontists have successfully used removable appliances to straighten teeth for years. However, with the application of Align Technology’s 3D computer technology and aligner customisation, Invisalign® clear aligners can be used to treat a wide range of patients who want straighter teeth. The unique ClinCheck® software allows patients to see their treatment plan from beginning to end, even before the start of treatment.
The total duration of the teeth straightening treatment depends on the complexity of the treatment and is generally comparable to that of traditional braces. Typically, treatment can last between three and 18 months. During your consultation, Dr Rez can provide you with more detailed information.
As with other types of orthodontic treatment, the cost of Invisalign® clear aligners is dependent upon the complexity of your teeth straightening needs and your course of treatment. As a general rule, the cost is comparable to traditional fixed braces.
