Alice Weir

Alice joined the Practice as a Dental Nurse in 2023, and has now assumed the role of Clinical Manager at the Practice.

Alice fulfils a number of vital roles at Dr Rez Dental to ensure our practice is the very best that it can be for our patients. Responsible for overseeing all primary clinical practices and regulatory compliance, safety and standards of care, Alice also oversees the daily clinical work of our dentists and therapists, providing clinical direction to the practice operations on a daily basis.

Alice has been a dental nurse since 2018, when she first began her training and has since learned many different aspects of dentistry, including orthodontics and implant nursing. She has also completed an alginate impression-taking course to gain an additional skill.

Alice’s dental career ambitions resulted from having braces herself as a youngster. The treatment changed her life in a positive way and she’s wanted to help people feel the same way she did when she had her braces removed to reveal her brand new smile ever since. Seeing how happy patients are after having their treatment completed is now the best part of Alice’s job.

Fun fact: Alice has flown a plane!
