Your journey begins with a free initial consultation with our Treatment Coordinator. Taking place over the telephone, video call, or in person to maximise convenience for you, this takes around 15 to 20 minutes, giving us enough time to gain an understanding of your dental needs. Before the end of the conversation, we'll arrange a time for your first in-practice appointment.
Optional 30-min consultation
Some new patients may request an optional 30-minute consultation with a dentist. While the cost of this is reduced, at £35, patients are required to have a full Smile Assessment before any treatment could commence.
Smile Assessment
We look forward to welcoming you to our Liverpool practice for your Smile Assessment. This one-hour appointment has a set fee of £95 and enables our dental clinician to thoroughly assess your oral health. As well as discussing your dental history and any smile goals, your dentist will examine your teeth and carry out a gum health check, oral cancer screening and take a full oral digital scan.
